After many years of doing illustration for a variety of publishers and various assorted clients, these days, I'm pretty much working for me. That's not to say that I would never do another illustration project. I would. But right now, I'm painting both digitally and traditionally, allowing myself the freedom to stretch in whatever way feels natural. It's a good time for me. I feel that I need to follow my work in whatever direction it goes. So, we shall see.
I am very fortunate to live in a part of Massachusetts called the North Shore with my husband and alittle Cairn Terrier namded Kappy. We are very near the ocean. And, very near lots of galleries too. It's the perfect spot for an artist! My husband is an ocean kayaker, so it's perfect for him too!
